MEET PHILIP
Local Experience. Personal Service. Someone Looking Out for You.
My approach is simple: I want my customers to feel confident and genuinely happy with the decisions they make. That means being responsive, never pushy, and taking the time to look at the numbers, the market, and the bigger picture before moving forward.
The name Island Watch reflects that same philosophy. After spending more than a decade in lifeguard stands with Amelia Island Ocean Rescue, “watching out” for people has always meant something to me. Today, that means watching the market, watching the details, and most importantly, looking out for my customers.
ABOUT ISLAND WATCH
More Than Real Estate.
Island Watch was created to be more than a real estate website. My goal is for it to become a useful local resource for people throughout Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Yulee and the surrounding Nassau County communities.
Real estate is at the heart of what I do, but not everyone visiting this site will be ready to buy or sell a home today. That’s why Island Watch is also about helping people stay informed, connected and engaged with the community around them.
Here you’ll find local market updates, educational real estate content, calculators and tools, community spotlights, local events, helpful resources and information designed to make living in our area a little easier.
The name Island Watch reflects the idea behind it all — keeping an eye on the market, watching what’s happening in our community and, most importantly, looking out for the people I serve.
Whether you’re preparing for your next real estate move, learning more about the market, looking for something happening around town or simply getting to know the area better, I hope Island Watch becomes a resource you’ll come back to again and again.
